I just topdressed my first (partial) lawn yesterday.
I sold the job on time and materials, but I'd like to quote a rate per k/sq. ft.
I was considering $15/k which would include the material, but not the core aeration.
The material only costs about $1.50/k so it's not a real big factor.
What do you all think. I gotta send bills out on the 30th.
