mulch and cleanup price

I have to clean up the woods around the guys house, which is mainly tall trees with few bushes. The dimensions are 75 ft by 25 ft and 40 ft by 20 ft. Then there are a few leaves in the frontyard. He also wants up to hall a pile of leaves, pineneedles and grass that is 12 by 6 by 3.5ft high. Should I charge an hourly rate or a fixed rate? I estimated about 6 hours of blowing with a 3 man team. Should I charge for the time it takes to dump the leaves?
I also haveto spread 10 cubic yards of mulch, mainly in the front. What should be the charge for this?

What I would do is charge him hourly for the clean-up of the debris, including the time it takes for you to get to the dumping grounds and completly off load the material. As far as the mulch is concerned, you could either charge him the hourly rate plus the cost of the mulch, or you could charge a standard price for each yard of mulch delivered and installed.
