Craftsman now has 2 wbs available, one looks like a total POS The other one looks like a not so bad mower(on the outside), but is most likely a POS as well. It just amazes me that craftsman calls those " Commercial " any thing by craftsman is a POS IMO a commrical mower is a mower by exmark, scag, Better, Bobcat ect, not craftsman

I think this is built by Bobcat. I know the Crapsman Pro ZTR was.

I think it will sell well with homeowners but thats it. Some homeowner will think how "cool" it would be to have this "commercial" mower.

The small 33 inch walk behind is a residential unit. The 36 or 48 belt driven walk behind is a commercial unit. It looks very similar to a lesco. The unit has a kawi engine with the peerless tranny just like every other commercial belt driven walk behind does. The unit is way over priced.

Yes, mindless threads like these bring down this entire site. I could care less if someone is using Craftsman, Troybuilt ect... to mow with. If they can get by using this stuff more power to them. I have a couple of POS res. push mowers in my shed I may use on occaision for a rough hillside or what not. In fact around here I will see many set ups with res. pushmowers along side commmercial ZT's. Who really cares, the push mower gets run a couple of times a day. People that complain about Craftsman, I would bet have a trailer filled with this stuff. All the breakdowns have forced them to complain here about it.

Both the 33 and 36 are cub cadet models.

I saw one of the pro 36 belt drives in person, it didn't look too bad except for the controls they definetly wouldn't last to commercial abuse. They were only asking 1600 for it brand new though marked down from 2899.

Yeah, do a little research prior to posting... The 36" craftsman is a cub cadet, which WAS also Lesco. The only thing different is the engine, the craftsman uses a briggs instead of a kohler or Kawi.

Craftsman has a wide array of tools/machines, from cheapo grade all the way up to true professional grade. Like many brands they gave themselves a bad name by selling the cheaper stuff and dissapointing customers, you get what you pay for! Granted their mower line is bad, but the commercial series is the same thing many pros run.

See that is what I thought too, the deck and front caster setup does look identical.
