Hello,

Here is a link to the videos
http://www.magna-matic.com/support/video.html

You can get to them from SUPPORT, or from each sharpener's page.
We don't have any of the MAG-9000 yet, we will be relaunching a whole new website with way more and new info and videos in fall. So more is coming soon.

Thank you,

No, Bob, sorry.

We've just been very busy, we are working hard on getting our new 2nd gen MAG-12000 cleaner ready for 2010, getting the dimensional size and price down. We're also getting the 2010 catalog ready for publishing, and right after that is complete we'll be totally re-making the website to make it easier to use and to add more info to it. At that time we'll get more videos up. We'll also get instructional videos, and videos for things like "how to replace a grinding wheel" etc.

So lots of new things in the works.

Keep in mind, the performance (speed of sharpening) you see from the MAG-8000 in its videos will be the same for the MAG-9000.

Thank you,

Anything you're ready to share about the new blade cleaning unit?

The old one was REALLY expensive......

Cost has really got to drop to sell one to me anyways.

Even considering the way I'm so pleased with my 8000 purchase.

Hello All,

Yes the 2nd gen MAG-12000 cleaner will be substaintially less in cost, and much more compact.

We'll release all the info when things become more solid. The prototyping stage is nearing completion.

Thank you,
