How much do you all charge per a bush to trim up?

You really need to give more detail on the bush you are trimming for someone to quote what they would charge, In my case I don't charge by the bush, for trimming I have a hourly man/machine rate+ disposal if required.

What I charge per man hr. would not be useful to you but the following rates have been noted throughout the US. all are per man per hr. fully equiped above board Licenced and insured. Although I have no idea how that is possible with the first 2..

18.00 25.00 35.00 37.50 40.00 45.00 47.50 52.00 56.75 70.25 72.00 75.00

I try to get at least $40.00 per hour. I quote a flat rate because some customers will choke to death if you say $40.00 per hour.

I use a formula. Man hours x hourly rate. Example 8 man hours x $60.00 per hour comes to $480.00 for the job. So lets see, if you have a two man crew and work 8 hours that would be a total of 16 hours x $60.00.

Sometimes a formula works better then charging per bush. Just my opinion.

unless you are trimming palms/oaks/ornamental trees, stray away from charging per shrub or bush. charge an hourly rate.

Yep go hourly. Make sure to add in time to take the trimmings and debris to a brush dump. That counts too.
