"My other gut just quit showing up"
Wasnt getting paid?
Maybe youre a pita?
maybe the boyfreind/husband/dad is putting a bag of scotts weed&feed on every 2-3 weeks?

My experience is that most LCOs do not walk away from a customer without reason and my other guy quit showing up is a big red flag for me

Now of course the other guy was 30-50% less- or even more- so I'll respond- that sounds like a great price, why don't you have him do it.
His phone is disconected
He doesnt do it anymore
I dont like his work
He left town
and on and on

Some people get offended that the reason why the other guy is probably not in business is because they did'nt pay a fair price.
Some people blow me off but some people listen and pay me the fair price. Some people are used to just taking advantage of everybody, but if you don't let them take advantage, they may still pay you the right and fair price even though they did'nt pay it to the other guy.
