Blades keep cutting off???

I have a Super Z 66" with the 30hp Koehler.

Just this morning after cutting for about 45 minutes the blades started to quit spinning. It was very intermittent at first as if it was gettting clogged with grass. After a moment it started shutting the blades down all together.

Is it possible the safety switch in the seat is causing the blades to cut off?

Need help here as i do not know where to look for a cause.

I would start by tracing the pto wire circuit, start at the PTO clutch and follow the wires and make sure there is not a break in them anywhere, this could also be a relay, charging system or battery issue.
Have you talked to your dealer yet?

It turns out the wiring harness at the clutch has burnt out. It is under warranty so I dropped it off today.

I had the identical problem at the end of '08 with mine. Sounds like the same mower setup also.
