anybody have any experience with these units , I found a great deal on a bank repo w/ 234 hrs and dealer will throw in a 1 year 2000 hr warranty if I buy it , I ran it for about 15 minutes around the yard the other day and it felt brand new , everything was super tight ... I just don't have any experience with these particular machines , so any feedback will be greatly appreciated ..

Hyundai makes good machines. if its that good of a deal, I could look past the brand.

They are good machines, but 5-7 years ago, they were prone to boom cracks.

I have used some of the larger units and contrary to what many people say they are good machines we never had any problems. They seem like they lack slightly in technology as compared to a volvo, komatsu, etc.

well this one is a 2007 model w/ 234 hrs on it , tracks are perfect everything is tight , now it has a busted glass on the lower front cab window and the rear view mirror on the outside of the cab is broke off but other than cosmetic defects , its in perfect mechanical condition , they said I could have it for the bank payoff of 14,900 .00 , and the dealer said they would completely service it change all fluids and filters and clean , grease , lube etc , if I give them the ok on it ... now another question do you think it will fit ok in my 6x12 dump trailer its rated for 12,000 GVW , cause if not I would have to purchase a bigger trailer to haul it around on , I was planning on getting it for foundation work , and when not on the job cleaning up around my property digging out banks of small pond and cleaning ditches , etc... also it has a mechanical thumb on it ... the only downfall I can see is that it has a cab and doesn't come with an a/c in this model , plus it has a radio and heater for winter time work ....

The Robex 28-7 has a 6,000-lb. operating weight so you should be good for GVW

The Mitsubishi engine it comes with ain't a bad little unit either
