View Full Version : Kawasaki 31 hp vs Kohler 30hp on a 66 inch super Z Which One?

I am faced with 2 options my dealer offered me a 66 inch super Z with a Kawasaki 31 hp or a Kohler 30hp for $8,400. First of all is this a good deal second of all which is the better motor? Which will give me more power? I currently have a 60 inch super Z with a 28 EFI Kohler. Will i notice more power on the Kawasaki 31 hp and Kohler 30hp? Please let me know what yall's opinion is.

Yes it is for sure, MSRP on this mower is $12,039.00
The promo price that ended last month was $9,799.00
These are for the 31.

I just purchased a 66" Super Z with the 31 HP Kawasaki. It is one awesome cutting machine. I gave $9200.00 + flex forks + 7% tax which came out to an $10,000.00. Check and make sure it is not a return. Look at the hour meter and see how many hours it has on it. $8400.00 is a heck of a price. Jump on that if it is new.

How do you like your current Super Z? How Long have you had it, how many hours do you have on it, and what problems have you had with it?

I know thats alot of questions, but I may be buying a new one within the next 5 days and would like all the info I can get.

Also, what is your dealer's name and location? At that price, I may give him a call...

bought last week. It had 0.1 hrs still in the crate. Brand new! It is an amazing machine. Has more power then my Super Z 60 inch EFI. Payed $8400 + 7%tax.

I love my Super Zs I have about 300 hrs on my efi kohler 60 inch have not had any problems with it. I just purchased a 66 inch Kawasaki 31 HP Super Z It is even more amazing of a machine then my 60 inch. I have done my homework and in my opinion you can't go wrong buying a Hustler Super Z. I bought from M&M equipment, Bronson, FL
