Why is there 2 brushes?
Wouldn't one do just as good of a job?

Hello,

With 2 brushes we are able to clean the top and the bottom of the blade at the same time. The brushes both spin the same direction but at the point of intersection they are counter-acting, this really allows the brushes to tear off dirt, rust, and vegetable material quickly.

No mistake, and yes they are selling. There are many large shops, sharpeners, and lawn care pros that require maximum utilization of TIME. This cleaner can strip almost all vegetable material, rust, and dirt off a blade in about 60 seconds.

In comparison, we are getting a new commercial mower for our own use, and the $35,000 price tag shocked us at first, but if you want the equipment to do the job, and do it properly, you need to make an investement.
