My dealer installed the 2-bag catcher yesterday. I wonder if the blower housing will wear thin at he bottom, as it's dragging lower that the height of the blades :confused:

Unless your on uneven ground it shouldn't hit the ground.

You might want to consider pointing this out to Hustler's design engineers, as it does have some cutting height restrictions by the blower dragging 2" below the blades. Even if you cut at 3", with only one inch clearance you'd have to have an extremely even terrain to keep from scraping solid ground with the blower housing - this in itself, when you hit a slight bump, will make for an uneven cut. I think this is a valid concern, I think.
