stick edger blade

i tried a search and had no luck. i just purchased a shindaiwa LE-260 and was curious if anybody has had any luck with the star-shaped or four-sided blade. if so, how much difference between the regular and the star-shaped blade?

I had a walk behind and the star blades where great.I have a stihl stick now and my dealer said you can not put a star blade on it.

The heck you can't put the star blade on a stihl. I've been running them on mine. My dealer sells them to me.

The star blade works better, last longer, and makes you much faster. Worth the extra money to get them.
