Anyone take any pics of a newly sharpened blade. Mine seems to be real flat, maybe that's how they are supposed to look? Sure did take alot off!

If you have the grinding wheel almost touching the worktable - that will produce a 30 degree angle. Depending on the thickness of the blade the edge face and look more or less dramatic.
If you have an OEM blade that is steeper than 30 degrees, and you would rather match that angle, you can make a new angle reference point on your MAG-9000.
When setting this, use a NEW BLADE that is at your desired angle.
Set the MAG-9000 to 30 degrees.
Touch the blade to the wheel to grind a small spot.
Slowly lower the wheel (with the MAG-9000 running) into the worktable a 1/4 crank turn or less, then touch the blade.
Keep repeating that until you match the new blade's angle. After doing this you will have cut a new steeper reference point for your MAG-9000 to a custom angle of your liking.

When balancing should the blade not move at all or is some slight movement ok? Also do I have to get all the nicks out of the blade?

When balancing, because the MAG-1000 is very sensitive, if the blade moves very slowly, you are well within an acceptable tolerance. For example, if the blade is horizontal, and you let go, and it takes 20-30 sec before it would get to 6 o'clock - that blade is fine and finished.
Regarding nicks/rock chips in blades.
The TIP is the most critical - remove nicks from the first 2 inches of the TIP and inward. Anything past that point is preferential, for the most part.
