2006 48 exmark ct question

Hi, I have a 06 48' exmark ct rider. Im having issues with the right drive for my wheel at the begining. The left is working fine. When I start the mower I can only make the left tire move foreward or backward at first. If I hold the right lever in the forward position it has about a 5 sec delay then the right wheel is able to move forward and backward normally after that.

Any ideas?
