Here are some pictures of a few of my accounts. I had to mow in downpour so you can see some clumping in quite a few spots on the ones house. I decided to take pictures of the best striping ones. Here they are.. enjoy.

Don't tell Topsites that you have a Jet.
He might go on a rant how LCO's can't and won't make that much money in the Green Industry.
If you've got that type of volume business, how do you keep it all together and still have excellent quality?? Do you have a dungeon or whip somewhere ??

Major no fly zone in my neighborhood this week ohbammies in town. No flight operations within 30 miles unless you have a FAA wavier and pass a TSA security background check. So no banners for the kenyon with special messages just for him.

Ya, I'm not saying that every LCO will make it big, but it can happen. Topsites cynicism makes you think nobody can though. That's fine, it just seems that is his persona.

Yes you can that is why I never posted negative crap about it their is another guy lives near me who has a plane and a landscaping business in town but he is also a land developer... It is big money to maintain and store and move aircraft. The last thing I would ever do though is do flyovers of customers houses and post them on the internet

Why? that is a stupid question, Disrespectful, a incomplete list of residents who may or may not have landscaping or employ high end property maintenance companies, think about it DUH.... some of these jobs come only by word of mouth and a clear track record of protecting their interests. Do fly overs and post the pictures on the net of the following and you will not be working for them for very long or anyone else.....not to mention the shattering of a confidentiality agreement.
.......I edited out the list............
Please don't miss understand the post, I am not saying it is wrong to do this, I am saying it would be a bad decision for "me" to do it.

Minnesota's a big state, Id bet most people would not even know where the houses are located. But I'd bet you could make a pretty $$$$ taking pics of some of those houses and reselling back to the Clients. or better yet. take a nice pic. glossy it all up....and send it as Chistmas gift...Thanks for being my customer. Heres' I pic took of your house...
Iknow many of the wealthier folks would like those photos...
Shame no large trees..

Oh ya, I agree, there is an ethical and a civic duty involved with posting pictures of properties. It's just unfortunate the line has been blurred by satellite services.

No big F-in deal to you smith in your smaller world of georgetown, try not to be so closed minded. Why do you sound angry? what made you have a hostile attitude? It is clear you don't understand what my posts are saying, and your attitude sounds like you would not be capable of abiding by a confidentiality agreement or a spoken agreement with a handshake. Reasonable people have respect for other peoples views. Seriously their is no reason to be angry we are talking about pictures and aircraft hear. The banner and photography ideas are great. But they can't work for me is that a reason to sound angry, You aparently are takeing my posts as an attack on these Ideas that coulden't be more wrong.....

Heck yeah, bro! That's some good-lookin' work! And a darn good idea, too...takin' the aerial photos of your accounts. I'm a pilot myself but never really thought about doing that. DURRRR! My grandpa is a pilot as well and he used to make some extra dough by taking aerial pics of hunting acreage and farm property in Western KY for folks who were willing to pay a pretty penny for them...he always had people asking him if they could buy some aerial pics of their spread! Hmmm...perhaps some potential supplemental income?! PS -- post some pics of the plane!

talk about being hostile....Wow. all I said BFD---
No hostility here...Honest
A picture without a name or a location could be anywhere on the planet... A picture with no name and no location tells the person looking at the picture, nothing.. It could be just a pretty picture.
A picture with an address, a bit creepy yes, but still it's nothing that can't be gotten for free driving around.
A pic with address and home value. a bit of intrusion, but nothing that can't gotten at the county records office if one was so inclined.
I've been the industry about as long as you have...I have worked for some rather large corporations, Disney, Trugreen, Valley Crest. With these companies have had access to places in which I needed and got Federal security clearance. Employee manuals the size of small phone books, confidentiality agreement, noncompete clauses, ect.
I have also worked at my own biz which did quite well. in all my contracts there was a line which allowed me to take and publish photos of properties including but not limited to advertising, before/after, portfolio pics, websites, ect. My one self imposed restriction was that I would not post house numbers or street names. If a client wished to not have photos taken, all they did was cross out that line and initial it..
handshake deals. You bet... If you trust the person you are shaking hands with no problems.. Contracts are only worth he paper they are written on. But I always had, em typed words never forget. And my Clients never had problems signing neither did I...
I would have loved to had some overhead pics of my sites I maintained. And if I had the ability, and the $$$ i would have.
My panties aren't wadded up. I'm all good at my 114 acre kingdom...

if youre thinking that smith has an attitude problem, you might wanna think about that one more time. because youre the one that came on here trying to pick a fight saying "it not ethical" "it voids privacy" you could have drove around and looked at these houses from the road, do you think it is invasion of privacy? any other picture on this sight would be invasion of privacy also. Think about it. What is the big deal--- nothing!!! no, im not angry. i jsut think that you are worried about the little things too much. and im not trying to pick a fight. im posting my opinion, in which most people looking at these pictures (any pictures for that matter) would agree with. Have any of you guys ever priced a plane???? They are not all $100,000+, not even close. You can pick up some nice older planes for the same price as alot of new trucks. Had a neighbor in GA that had 2 nice little planes and the guy made chicken scratch. Have a customer now that is always trying to get me to go flying with him and i know dam well he didnt spend anywhere near what some ppl on here think a plane costs.

My friend was going to go purchase a plane with 2 other guys. the Storage, maintenance and yearly Inspection alone was about $10,000 a year he said.
