pull cord wont recoil -- shindaiwa t230

took the pull cord housing off -- afraid to remove the screw in the center of the recoil device as i fear i wont be able to get it back together -- any advise ?

If you are unfamiliar with the starter recoil mechanism I suggest you take it to you locale Shindaiwa dealer. They can fix it for you very quickly and the charge should be minimal.
