Torque specs?

Does anyone have the torque specs for a kawasaki fh721v? 25 hp I bent a valve and am going through the top end. I need specs for Heads (and the sequence to tighten down the bolts and intake, exhaust etc. Thanks

What are the tolerances for the valves. .003-.005 when cold? at TDC?
