I have a job that is about 40k sq ft of seeding a ditch and drainage area. This is around an implement dealership and won't receive much fert and squirt. The soil is a little rocky in places and has a lot of water drainage through it. What is the best choice of grass in zone 5 that will hold the ditch and thrive with little care?. I usually plant 5 way TTTF, but it likes a good fert program and takes a little to get established. Should I look at k-51 with rye?
