Massey Ferguson MF54 backhoe

Hello,
I am new to this site. I own a 1970 mf34 with a mf54 backhoe. It has the 50 hp perkins diesel.
I am looking for used parts. A particular part I need is the main boom turning drum. My machine is real beat. Someone gave it a great deal of punishment. The turning drum is missing the hold down bracket. Broken off completely. Dealer parts are out of this world for prices. They wanted $300.00 just for new piston seals on the main boom lift. All answers greatly appreciated.

Do you have any local tractor fanatics that would have what you need? Around here, there are several small dealers that carry stuff.
