Anybody using kits or have a company they recommend? Here's an example:

www.backyardamerica.com. Or you could make it out of azek, if you get an azek catalog you can build one to suit out of their pieces(they don't sell a kit) its pricey but nice. Fiberglass and azek are both nicer than vinyl, but obviously vinyl is cheaper.

We have gotten most of our arbors shipped in from Lancaster, PA. Couldn't tell you the name off hand. Same company came out many years ago and built a gazebo on site for a customer. It wasn't my gig and I'm positive it wasn't cheap.
I've priced many pergola kits, but most can be reproduced for a fraction of cost. I have one in planning and expect it to come in cheaper even after labor.

Someone else mentioned Backyard America- they're in Manassas Park, right around the corner from my office. They've got a pretty good contractor program, and they have a good mix of products.

GazeboCreations (http://gazebocreations.com) allows you to completely self-design gazebos (http://www.gazebocreations.com/), pergolas (http://www.gazebocreations.com/spl/structurecategory/pergolas/4), and other garden structures (http://www.gazebocreations.com/). All come in easy-to-assemble kits and project advisors help you plan the entire structure to make sure it will fit all of your or your clients needs. Landscapers and garden designers can also get pretty hefty discounts and commissions.
