Walker Mower Mystery

I purchased a new 2009 26hp efi ghs 42" deck Walker mower last month, and it hasn't been cutting properly. I have had it to the shop twice and other than the dull blades, on it at the time, could find nothing wrong. After a pass cutting there are sporadic high spots of un cut grass. This happens on level ground as well as some uneven ground. Shop says rpms are ok, blower housing is clear, screen is clear, pto belts are tight, every thing is freshly lubed. I have used 3/4 sets of blades with the same outcome. I am baffled, the only new design on the machine is a larger one-piece catcher and larger blower housing. Expensive machine and now i am using my old one with better results. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I realize that it is a new machine but could the shear pins on either the blades or the pto shaft be suspect?

The pto shear was fine and so are the blade shear bolts

have you had the shop to come out to one of your jobs and see the cut quality issue?

dumb question I know, but are the blade on the proper sides? I know my walker would cut horrible with the right blade on the left side...
