My Honda lawn mower and I tangled with a shrub and the result was that one end (the front end) of the governor spring came off and I cannot figure out what it attaches to. I currently have it attached to where the throttle cable attaches to a spring connecting to the carburetor. While the mower runs okay like that the governor spring keeps the throttle from fulling opening up. Is there a diagram anywhere that shows where the spring connects?
