Blade Length

I recently purchased a new Super Z 31 hp Kaw 60" deck, I ordered a set of replacement blades from Jacks Small Engines 96-703 showing 21". The blades are too long, the information on the site is showing 20 61-64" in lengt, there is no way these blades will fit. They said all their blades in the Magnum series are the same length 21".

Do some 60" decks use different blade lengths?

A lot of mfg's "60"" blades are different lengths.
We have used 2 different lengths over the years.
From 1999 thru 2005 we used a 20.95" blade.
From 2006 to current, the XR-7 60" deck, we use a 20.5" blade.
Your unit uses a 20.5" blade.

We dont offer a Magnum blade.
I am not sure what you received via aftermarket.

This is true in some cases. But where sand is an issue the cutting edge doesn't wear out. The lift wears before anything else causing cutting issues, that's why I've offered to cheaper option. Same quality without the fusion and in sandy soil they last just as long. The FUSION does GREAT in areas without so much sand or in a well established lawn. Then yes they do pay for themselves. But just letting others know there is an option. That I found most Hustler reps and dealers don't even realize the 793794 blade works on their Super Duty and XR-7 decks.
