Mower Suggestions

Morning Class,
I have a friend who is looking for a mower for his 1/2 acre lawn. He would like something that is bigger than the standard homeowner 21" push mower. Money is not really an issue. I was thinking a 36" toro walkbehind, because of ease of operation. Is there anything out there in between pushmower and commercial walkbehinds. Thanks Sig

Exmark makes a fixed deck 32" Metro gear drive. My dealer sells it for $2,050.00. Looks like a nice mower for the smaller gated yards.
