I believe its a 4 stroke i wont have it till tomorrow to give you a model number. Just wondering if anybody new the basic issues of these newer cheaply built mowers

Lawnboys are 2 stroke, they dont have valves. Sorry the vagueness of your post brings out the stupid in me. Try at least telling us who's engine is on the machine....or dont bother posting till you get some numbers.

Newer Lawnboys are 4 stroke, the 2 cycle engines are no longer being made.

Its a 10363 it has a 6.5 OHV looks like a briggs

Its a Tecumseh. Valve clearance should be .004" on both intake and exhaust.
