Fungus Help "PIC"

Took this today on a newly overseeded fescue lawn in eastern Oklahoma. Temps in the high 80's low 90's and i'm watering 3 times a day for the seed/seedlings. Is this pythium or patch?

With the amount of mycellium and size of the spot, plus the temps/watering - I would say pythium. Looks like a picture right out of the textbook. Hard to tell, but don't see any lesions that would indicate BP/GLS.
