Primo on drought stress

Has anyone applied Primo to lawns showing signs of Drought or HEat stress ? Does the Primo help or must it be applied prior to any stress to show results.. Thanks for any help. Due to water restrictions I am thinking of adding this service in my area to help Turf ( Tall Fescue ) health more so than reduction in mowing.

Do not apply to grass already stressed by drought...read the label.
