Hustler 340 XL commercial mower question

Does this seem like the price is reasonable, or is this over priced?

Below is more information he gave me:
It has appox. 850hrs. on it. The engine runs perfect, all the belts have been changed recently except the belt for engaging the hydraulic system. It should be replaced as it screeches slightly when trying to accelerate rapidly but it does not affect operation. Other then the belts I have had the the starter solenoid replaced and the the control levers rebushed. I would imagine this machine was used in a golf coarse application.

If it runs good that would be the top end of what I would pay.
We produced that particular model from 1985 until 1991.
Its pretty much the same as the 4600 we make today, the 4600 has a few updates since that model and also is a 38hp Kubota 4 cylinder in it.

I would go no higher than 6k, its hard to say without seeing the unit, but low would be 3k in my mind.
