Which 21" mulches best?

If the general concensus is Toro then which Toro, 2 stroke or 4?

I don't think there is a whole lot of difference. The 2-stroke will have more power in the top end, but the 4-stroke will have more low-end grunt, which in mulching is good because it needs the power to cut and re-cut. For bagging I'd say 2-stroke, mulching go 4.
