What would you plant?

Okay its late and I can't sleep. But lets start a kind of game. Given the location, diemenisons, etc. What would you plant/landscape in that area? and why?

Location: Front enterance for a commerical park, new development.

Size: 10ft x 50ft

Objects: 3 flag polls and a sign.

Note this isn't a real bid, just a kind of game.

what are the specs of the location: sun; location to sidewalk, location to parking lot, colour of the building, how much water the area gets, what type of soil?

Is the area going to be watered, maintained etc....

Lots of parameters to consider in this exercise.

carpet juniper and dwarf crepe myrtle. or daylily and carpet juniper.

Full sun, Clay soil, lets go with no water-to little water.
