Lots of foliage there...and lots of variables...you're going to have a lot of leaves/dead vegetation on your hands throughout the fall ending with a major cleanup...looks like a fair amount of square footage too...Just hazarding a guess here...I would charge a minimum of $90-$120 per mow/cleanup all during the fall season and figure at least $75/hour for the final cleanup depending on conditions, help equipment, etc. Do you have to take away all the debris or is there a place to "dump" on the property. That would make the final cleanup a lot less $$. This would be my "estimate" as a solo operator. Too many variables missing though...

the homowner will cut down all perenials. There is an on site compost pile. I live 2 doors down. I think this is about 1/3 of an acre.

Yes sir! This looks like a good account, just don't let the neighbors take advantage of you. Get paid for what you do. And good luck on maintaining it when the leaves start falling!

Those are properties that I cannot understand how a solo LCO can do and still be profitable. For a solo guy this will eat up a whole afternoon to do a good job IMO. I do some houses like this and I usually go and help my two guys because there is so much work. I hope you get it man and best of luck to you!

It actually hasn't been that bad, the property has about 1/3 or less of an acre of grass and flower beds. It took me 1.5hrs yesterday to do a really detailled job, but what I have said to the customer is that I go over 2 hrs then its $20 for ever extra man hour.
