Aeration pricing for acrage

I have 2 properties to bid for core aeration. The property manager wants single pass 3.5 inch pluggs. The first property is 16 acres and the second is 10.2. Any ideas or advice.

I have done my far share of residential jobs, but not sure how to bid this one.

You need to rent a tractor - aerator set up if you dont own one, or sub it out. I hope your not thinking of performing these jobs with a wb? Do a search on aeration pricing, all the information you seek is already here.
