Stihl Wood Boring Drill - for concrete?

I just bought a Stihl Bt-45 wood boring drill. My questions are, have any of you who own (or have used) this model or similar type gas drills, ever used a masonry bit to get through concrete or brick? Thanks for any feedback.

Yes I have with some success but if it is really old concrete you might want to just use a hammer drill.
