Very nice wall...
I don't do retaining walls or the like but want to install a 3 ft. one in an area at my house, could you help me out...advice...tips? I run a "mostly" maint. company so I don't have much install experience. To keep this thread on topic just PM me if you have time! Thanks. And work looks good!

As far as the walls go, the best advice I could give is to use quality materials, and dont cut corners on the base and backfill. I see alot of people around here that put a wall up and build it either on dirt or uncompacted base, and backfill with all soil and no aggregate. The walls look decent for a few months, then they start sagging, leaning, and bending. Also make sure you're leveling your wall stones or timbers both side to side and front to back..... I have seen many walls that were level side to side but not front to back and the walls lean in or out terribly by the time the caps go on. Hope some of that helps...

I am from New Castle but the seeding work takes me all over east central indiana.... from ft. wayne to indy down to mt. vernon, and even some into Ohio. I just finished college last year and love what I'm doing and can't wait to see where it goes from here...

It is 22' and has the extra height option. It catches alot of wind but its not too bad. The truck is a diesel and has all the emission goodies, so the mileage is pretty bad already. I have a Cat 257B that and a 4320 John Deere compact that when I pull either of them, especially on the same trailer at the same time, are quiet a load and a hassle to pull around.

The first pic with the trailer and truck in the back ground. Is that a new lawn? It sure looks like new seeded grass.

The lawn in the first picture is not a new one, I'm not sure exactly how old it is but not new. I have done the maintenance there for 6 years.
I do some work for the state, but only seeding. I try to stay away from it unless the job seems appealing enough because of the amount of paperwork envolved.
I use Exmark mowers. The stripes come from a Lazer Z 27hp Kaw Liquid Cooled w/ a 72" Ultra Cut deck.
