No, only if you are applying it to someone elses toenails for profit.

Not if you're applying it to your own toes (instead of applying it to someone else's toes for profit), but you still need to stay off of those toes for 24 hours after application, and set out warning flags. :)

Do I still need an applicators license if it is an ORGANIC toe fungus control?

I think some of those cocktail umbrellas printed up with a "catchy" slogan would do a better job of posting and would be sure to inform people of your new found market niche...

After a few cocktails, nobody's gunna notice anyways.

A can of Krylon spray paint solves the prob instantly. Plus, you can pick your color of choice. And if you want a professional look, use masking tape to eliminate overspray.

As a child, I would chew on my toenails.
Now I have foot and mouth disease.

I really don't know for sure...
But make sure the trimmings from those fungus-covered toenails hit the center of your backyard compost pile real hard, FYS! :waving:

The same bacteria that causes your toenails to turn white can & will help stimulate other similair thermophilic bacteria into an initial pattern of aerobic decompostion within & around biodegradable solids, thus forcing a chain reaction of heat energy.

777,
I will be the first to admit that when I read the thread heading, this was going to be an all out war here!!!!
It is good to know that all of us do have a sense of humor during all the other strong holding laws out there!!!!
It is funny that toe fungus and other bodily fungus's are results of moisture........so, don't tell the state licensing agencies, that we have stumbled on something new for them to impose an ordinance on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!

Barry,
The only thing that happened to me for chewing my toenails is a sore neck and bad teeth!! BADA CHH!!
Rimshot!!! Included!!
