apartment complex bid

[TNT Lawn Maintenance]

I have been given the chance to bid on an apartment complex for mowing next year. the current company does a good job but misses some spots and the complex manager has noticed that they skip out on trimming some times but still charge for it.

I know if i got the job that I wouldn't miss anything or skip out on the trimming but what are some other ways I could make sure I get it?

would it be good to offer the hedge trimming or bagging the leaves in the fall for free???

I wouldn't offer to do anything free, just so I get the account. If you really want to offer them something, maybe you could offer them a small discount if they prepay for the year or for each month.
