Top Dressing Spreader Rental near STL

Does anyone know of a place to rent top dressing equipment ? I have the compost in my drive way and the wheelbarrow and rake method are killing me. I have about 8000 sq ft. of lawn. I am in the St Louis area, specifically just across the river in O'fallon IL.

Thanks for the response. Your first two suggestions seem to indicate purchasing one. I am looking to rent one for a few hours or pay someone to complete the job. What exactly is a mulch blower?

Best to just call the local rental houses and see what they have in stock to rent. We sell quite a few of our walk behind units to rental and lawn care. see them at turfco.com and look for the walking unit
