I needed a back up mower that I could do my entire route with if my Hustler went down. I got this for $1700 and put another $400 into it (mulch kit, 20x10s on back, filters, belts, etc) I just mowed two accounts with it and I am extremely happy. This mower should serve me well since I do mostly residentials and for $2100 total it was a deal that I just couldn't pass up.

Did that mower have that wide of rear tires to begin with? Those are wider than the tires on my 52 bobcat.

Those are not the standard tires that come on that machine from the factory. With those tires, you will have no clearance to trim alongside the deck, as the tires will be equal to or wider than the deck.
That is a great mower for tight areas, and you got a great price on it. Should last you for many years.

I just noticed that in the first two pics, the seat has not arm rests. Then in the last pic there are arm rests. Did you add armrests too?

I like the way it turned out. I've considered putting those size tires on a 36" bob-cat fastcat because the narrow tires lack in traction and flotation. The disadvantage is not being able to trim close, but the traction benefits are really nice.

I put the 20 x 10's on after reading on this site that they really help to eliminate rutting. It did not have much trim capacity anyway.

I had the armrests in the garage and decided to try them out.

Nice mower, but I hate when a mower has no trimming space because the tires are too wide.
