09-26-2009, 11:22 PM
well for a couple of mine they already have a compost pile that they want me to use.. but i only do a couple a day so i plan to just use the contractor bags and throw them on top of the mower or behind it with the tailgate half down.. thats my plan.. how well it will work we will find out lol

Heres the second boat.. This one was my grandfathers who gave it to us. It had a rotten transom and my dad didn't care enough to fix it so it went to my grandparents for some poor storage. It is a 1977 Columbian Celebrity. With a 55 Evinrude.. Still not ready for water. Half the boat is read for paint Steering is ready just need to glass the dash . than it goes in.. the floor has one big piece of fiberglass covering it for added waterproofing.

Before..

http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m67/zach103/P1080561.jpg
Surprisingly all the engine needed was the normal gas/oil/lube. and a new starter solenoid. a couple pieces of wire that got chewed and started right up ..

ok so i got a trailer.. ya its not in the best of shape and its not the one i really want but it will work for all my jobs i have now.. . its have the second axle but somethings broken. so i will bring it to one of our local guys to see what he thinks.. .. my plan is to add on to the rack in front so i can put a top on it and be able to lock it... other than that it could uses some power washing.. (maybe some sand blasting) and paint.. for a 100.. plus 90 for the three sheets of pressure treated ply.. it's 7 x 12.

An older little wonder 8hp for work (changed the oil and it started right up).. also a leaf and wood chipper from my neighbor who just wants it gone.. and i also picked up a 2007 Exmark 48" walk behind belt driven with less than 10 hrs on it

Thanks guys. its coming together.. the little wonder was bartered for some work. but i may have to give him some money but thats ok..

the Metro is a 07 its also another barter but this guy already pays for 3 accounts and maybe more next year so it will be payed off quick..

The metro is really nice. one pull and its running but i still think the bobcats stripe better. The metro is faster but heavier so a little harder to handle but ill get used to it.. i still like both of them equally and i'm keeping the bobcat for as long as i can.

The great part about that lawn is that i mowed it about a week before thanksgiving.. and i was there yesterday and you can still see the stripes.. it looks greatt!!! i love it..

As far as expanding.. i really havn't thought about it. as i'm still working on getting started and legal and all that.. but i know i wanna be bigger.. maybe have a couple guys under me but still be out there and mowing some lawns.. i love some of the landscapes and hardscapes everyone does on here and would love to learn how to do that and install those at some point.. i guess i would just like to be like some of the bigger guys on here. i just want to be at the point were i can be happy with the size of my company and know im all set.
