Missing Hardware for EZ Stripe

I emailed Terry about this but I think he is off today. I received my EZ Stripe from the dealer yesterday and when I opened the box there was no hardware to mount it. Could you send me out the hardware necessary to mount the assembly? Thanks, Jay.
