Here's my case. Just bought a Walker 52" mulching deck, minus the baffles so it is discharging the grass. It has the newer double blade set up with the bracket. I am not happy with the grass mulching in small pieces before it is discharged.
Are there after market blades that will mulch better than the OEM blades that came with the deck? I spoke with my dealer and he said that there are gator blades, but they are pretty much the same design as the OEM's.
