Selling my Fastrak - what's it worth?

I'm moving from an acre lot to something much smaller, so I'm going to sell my Fastrak. I'd like to figure out what is a fair price. Here are the specs:

2004 model
52" with a 20hp Honda
170 hours
Has the mulching baffles/blades, lever extensions, seat spring and hour meter.

The mower is in excellent shape, just the usual scratches on the edge of the deck. I've run synthetic in since 25 hours. What do you all think it's worth?

I am guessing (assuming its in good shape as you describe) that you will be looking for 2500 - 3000.

I'll probably offer it for $3,000 and go from there. I have one other person who has first refusal on it, but I can let you know if that falls through so see if your friend is interested.

FYI - I'll need the mower through the end of October before I move.
