Finally got around to checking my forgotten blog. Had a bunch of messages a few which I approved. All kind. For you newbies. People really do want quality irrigation. It isn't always about price.

It depends on the person and the home. If it's a starter home or investment/flip home, people want price. They won't be in it long. No vested interest. If it's going to be a longtime commitment home, they want things right.

You need to use captcha .... and if that isn't enough to deter them, then require membership. Even then you will still get them .... but you are forcing them to do it manually. There are other ways to screen posts, but involves a bit more work.

Once they find you, you can pretty much bet that 99.9% of the submissions will be spam.
