Guy was getting out of the lawn care business and picked up a Redmax HE2600 edger, for a whole $40. Said he couldn't remember if it ran or not. I offered a quick $40 and he took it. It was the last thing he had to sell, besides some old junk push mowers.
Brought it home, started on the second pull with some fresh gas in the tank. Just need a new blade for it.
And no, I am pretty sure its not stolen. It was a higher class neighborhood I bought it from. I know... that doesn't really mean anything...

cool, I bought a HT75 Stihl pole saw for $140 iand he threw in 18 botles of stihl 2.5 gallon oil mix. The thing is in great shape.

i got a 07 scag turf tiger 52". looks brand new. less then 500 hours. worth like 7000. i paid 5100. its amazing how people dont look up wat things are worth before they sell it.

Yeah I picked up my Ferris 36" WB with a grass catcher from a homeowner for $450 on CL. Thing looks mint and runs great.

I find deals on occasion too.
Most of the time 99% of it is stuff that guys want $50 less than they paid for it 10 years ago.

Exmark TT 36" hydro floating deck. CL $1000. Starts first pull every time. Money well spent.
