Spraying License

I have a medium sized landscaping and lawn care co. I am looking to starting chemical weed & insect control next spring. We offer ALL other services but this one. Reason being we don't have a chemical license or a wide range of knowledge on weeds and insects. Can anyone help me with places to study & learn. Also what about testing prep courses? Thanks!
