Is there a difference between the two titles? Can they be one in the same? What are the differences? I look at different business names and see the title Property Maint. but a lot of the companies offer different services...are property maint. services unlimited?

Well property maintanance is over seeing all aspects of a property to make sure it it stay's in the shape you have pre determined. Home improvment is more construction.

Home Improvement is additional construction, remodeling, things done to update a property or increase value. Prop. Maintenance is maintainng the exterior/interior, landscaping and so on.

so what would powerwashing fall under? can the property be the house/building also? painting, repairs? that would still be prop maint correct?
