How much sea foam

I read a lot about running sea foam through your engine to clean it out. How much do you add to a 4 gallon tank and how often? Thanks

When the engine starts to have problems running at high rpm and add a few ounces in a gallon of gas (or mix) and run the engine with it at high rpm.
That cleans the carb pretty good and has fixed the problem for me everytime I did it.
