What's wrong with it, no price listed so he's not lowballing, and I don't list my lic number in my ads either.

Low prices can mean anything.

Don't rip him until you know the whole story

well there are a few things that could be at ???. the retaining wall part the stump grinding, sod installation. these do need an LCB or a CCB which when doing any add's, require the lic, number if you are a lic, landscaper or contractor. BUT all the others don't need one. the sod you can only do 500 dollars labor and material combined or less without a lic, not sure what he means by law aeration and law repair, he might be referring to the 500 limit

thats right you need lic # if you are advertizing for patios etc maint needs no lic # just thought the add was a little off on spelling etc like guarrnanty the work. needs better spell checking etc. never said any thing aboat lowballing but if thats what he charges for maintenance with all the maint. stuff included then I will higher him to do my work and then take my cut.

I guess every state is different, you don't have to list any licenses when advertising in DE, except for pesticides, and thats not really enforced.

things are very well and busy, but over here the cold is taking affect, spiting snow today so everything will fall off fast now. i have seen the name, but don't know them personally. this year has been good, but i have heard that some have decreased in business, and laying off workers.
