Steering pulls to the left

Have a mini fasttrack 42/17 kohler. Steering pulls to the left when going forwards. I have to ofset it by barely pulling back on the right handle. Can you tell me how to correct this problem?

You will need to adjust the steering linkage.
Also make sure your tire pressure is correct.
