Howdy! I am new to this community but I believe it could be beneficial to my line of work so I signed up.
first off a little about me: I am 26 years old and started cutting grass when i was 16 years old for people other than my parents. I live in Anniston, Alabama. I started with a 86 John deere 110 and a crooked shaft homelite weedeater. I quickly started to upgrade my equipment as my load increased. I worked my way up to 25 residential yards while I was in high school and when I went off to college I slimmed down my accounts to 15 which is where I am currently at.
I graduated from the University of Alabama May 2008 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. I am a mechanical engineer at a design firm here in Anniston, Al. I am currenly seeking some commercial contracts for next year. As you can see from my signature I have built up a little fleet and I feel that I am now suited to move on to the next level.
I have managed several commercial accounts in the past so I dont believe it will be a big deal to get back into it. I have 2 trucks and 2 trailers that I own personally and enough equipment to outfit them both. I am hoping to put together 2 teams of employees next year to take care of my work for me while I concentrate on my primary job which is Engineering.
I just thought i would tell everyone a little about me and I am pleased to be a part of this new forum.
